We are pleased to announce that the TTP2 Northern Logistics Center achieved its structural milestone on March 17, 2026. Since the groundbreaking ceremony on December 18, 2024, the project has steadily progressed from blueprint to reality. We would like to sincerely thank all project partners and colleagues across the Group for their professionalism and dedication, which have made this important milestone possible. Amid the continued growth of the global semiconductor industry, we remain committed to building a highly efficient and resilient supply chain. The TTP2 Northern Logistics Center is expected to be completed in December this year, and will work in coordination with the TYP2 Southern Logistics Center in Yunlin to form a key north–south logistics network in Taiwan, further strengthening our connection to global markets and supporting the semiconductor industry worldwide. We look forward to the safe and successful completion of the project.

We are pleased to announce the successful groundbreaking of the U.S. Arizona Plant (UAP), marking our first physical step in the United States and a key milestone in our global expansion. UAP will support key customers such as TSMC Arizona, Intel, and Micron, while strengthening the resilience and localization of the global semiconductor supply chain. Going forward, UAP will work alongside our Taiwan Taoyuan Plant (TTP) and Yunlin Plant (TYP) to form a global manufacturing “triangle” across Asia and North America. This milestone reflects years of preparation and the collective effort of our teams across the Company.
