On August 21, 2026, our Group reached an important milestone—the grand opening of the TYP2 Southern Smart Logistics Center Phase II project! From groundbreaking last year to today’s ribbon-cutting, in less than a year this smart logistics center is now ready for operation. Phase II focuses on two key upgrades: ◆ Expansion: Increasing the “safety stock” of finished products and raw materials to ensure more stable supply, enabling immediate support for customers while meeting our own manufacturing needs. ◆ Smartization: Introducing automated warehousing and management systems to reduce human error, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy. Starting from Yunlin, TYP2 will now more effectively support the rapidly growing semiconductor cluster in southern Taiwan. By the end of the year, once TTP2 in the north is completed, the two centers will form KANTO-PPC’s dual logistics hubs in Taiwan—north and south supporting each other to meet the expanding production capacity and growing demand for chemicals in the semiconductor industry. We are pleased to announce that the TTP2 Northern Logistics Center achieved its structural milestone on March 17, 2026. Since the groundbreaking ceremony on December 18, 2024, the project has steadily progressed from blueprint to reality. We would like to sincerely thank all project partners and colleagues across the Group for their professionalism and dedication, which have made this important milestone possible. Amid the continued growth of the global semiconductor industry, we remain committed to building a highly efficient and resilient supply chain. The TTP2 Northern Logistics Center is expected to be completed in December this year, and will work in coordination with the TYP2 Southern Logistics Center in Yunlin to form a key north–south logistics network in Taiwan, further strengthening our connection to global markets and supporting the semiconductor industry worldwide. We look forward to the safe and successful completion of the project.
